The Chazen Institute administers these trips, which are usually subsidized by the institute’s endowment. Past destinations for Chazen trips have included Korea, China, Brazil, Australia andâ€"according to students with whom we spokeâ€"the most popular destination, India. The trips, which are typically organized by students from the destination country, generally last one or two weeks (depending on the time of year) and involve about 30 students and a faculty member. The agenda usually combines meeting with influential business and/or government leaders in that country, visiting cultural sites and engaging in a healthy dose of social activity. By Rhys leaving the novella as a cliff-hanger, and not allowing us to witness the fire, she suggests that patriarchy is too strong to break through and that therefore women cannot fulfil their desires and are destined to be silenced. This idea also portrays Antoinette to be different from the passionate and fiery, extremely feminist, personality she is suggested in other parts of the novella to posses. Priorities When I began to contemplate the possibility to go back to school, I knew I had to make some major changes in my personal life in order to make school a priority. I don’t tend to go out to social events often, because I prefer to relax in my place, spend time with my family and go shopping. However, one day I was invited to an event and from that event, a lot of other events followed. I became part of a social group that constantly were doing different activities all the time. Facebook and Instagram crawled in, and I was spending too much of my time, trying to keep up with everything that was going on. I knew that if I wanted to make school a priority, I had to separate myself from all the unnecessary social events, the people I was surrounding myself with, and social media. Why? Because I tend to get distracted easily and at this moment of my life, school is my number one priority. There is no official definition of the term loss of colors. However, the term, in common usage, refers to the capture of a units colors (flags) by the enemy in battle, or the taking away of a units colors as a punishment or disciplinary measure.
