The Chazen Institute administers these trips, which are usually subsidized by the institute’s endowment. Past destinations for Chazen trips have included Korea, China, Brazil, Australia andâ€"according to students with whom we spokeâ€"the most popular destination, India. The trips, which are typically organized by students from the destination country, generally last one or two weeks (depending on the time of year) and involve about 30 students and a faculty member.
